Entries in this table are created and destroyed by the system.
This table is a sparse augment of the tmnxPppoeSessionTable: entries
are created only for PPPoE sessions for which Access Loop Encapsulation
information is available.
This table is replaced with
TIMETRA-SUBSCRIBER-MGMT-MIB::tmnxSubPppAleTable
