The value of the object tmnxDhcpServerCfgUserDatabase specifies
the local user database to use for authentication.
If no authentication is required, the value of this object must be set
to the empty string, and tmnxDhcpServerCfgUseGiAddress must be set
to 'true(1)' in order for the DHCP server to operate.
