The value of sapAtmSubPppIndex indicates
the local identifier of the subscriber PPP session.
It is the index of the corresponding conceptual row in the
TIMETRA-SUBSCRIBER-MGMT-MIB::tmnxSubPppTable.
The value zero indicates that there is no subscriber PPP
session associated with this SAP.
