The value of the object svcTlsExtMvrpAdminStatus specifies
whether the Multiple VLAN Registration Protocol (MVRP) is
enabled in this TLS.
An 'inconsitentValue' error is returned if this object is set to
non-default value when svcMgmtVpls of the service is not set to 'true'.
