The value of svcTlsSiteIdSiteId specifies the identifier for the site
in this service.
The value of svcTlsSiteIdSiteId is a two byte identifier usually
employed for the BGP Multi-homing solution. It identifies the BGP
Multi-homing site associated with one or a set of objects (SAPs,
PWs or combination). The value of svcTlsSiteIdSiteId must be
identical between the two PEs carrying the connection to the access
device multi-homed to the PEs.
