The value of iesIfIPv6ConfigAllowed specifies whether IPv6
can be configured on this interface. When the value is
'true', IPv6 can be configured on this interface. When it
is 'false', IPv6 cannot be configured.
The object iesIfIPv6ConfigAllowed can only be set if the
value of iesIfType is 'subscriber' or 'group'.
