The value of the object iesIfSapEgressQosId specifies
the QoS policy ID which is used to reclassify IP packets
on the egress side of the SAPs associated with the
VPLS service on this interface.
When set to the default value, this object specifies that
the IP packets will not be reclassified on the egress SAPs
of the VPLS service attached to the IP interface.
