The value of svcTlsBgpADVsiRD specifies the high-order
6 bytes used to compose the Virtual Switch Instance
identifier (VSI-id) to use for NLRI in BGP Auto-Discovery
in this VPLS service.
If the value of svcTlsBgpADVsiRD is 0x0000000000000000,
the lower 6 bytes of the VPLS-id, as specified by
svcTlsBgpADVplsId, will be used.
This object is obsoleted and replaced with
svcTlsBgpVsiRD object in 8.0 release.
