The value of the object svcTlsStpHoldTime indicates the
interval length during which no more than two
Configuration BPDUs shall be transmitted by this bridge.
This object is no longer used. It is replaced by the
object svcTlsStpHoldCount.
This object was made obsolete in the 3.0 release.
