The value of svcEthCfmVMepExtensions specifies whether enhanced Virtual
MEP functionality is enabled on the service or not. This object is used
by TLS (VPLS) services only, and has no effect nor can it be modified
on other service types.
On services that do not support VMEP extensions this object is fixed to
the value 'disabled (2)'.
