The value of tmnxCcIpv6FltrIcmpType specifies the icmp type to be
matched. tmnxCcIpv6FltrIcmpType complements the object
tmnxCcIpv6FltrIcmpCode. Both of them need to be set to actually
enable ICMP matching.
The default value of -1 disables ICMP matching.
