The value of tmnxSubAcctPlcyNasPortPfixType specifies what type of
prefix will be added to the NAS-Port-Id attribute if included in RADIUS
accounting-request messages.
This field is only applicable if the 'nasPortId' bit is set in
tmnxSubAcctPlcyInclAttributes.
