The value of tmnxSubAuthPlcyNasPortPfixType specifies what type of
prefix will be added to the NAS-Port attribute if included in RADIUS
authentication-request messages.
This field is only applicable if the 'nasPortId' bit is set in
tmnxSubAuthPlcyInclAttributes.
