The value of vRtrInetAllCidrRouteNextHopAS indicates the
Autonomous System Number of the Next Hop. The semantics
of this object are determined by the routing-
protocol specified in the route's inetCidrRouteProto
index. When this object is unknown or not relevant its
value should be set to zero.
