The value of vRtrInetStaticRouteLdpSync specifies whether the the LDP synchronization timer for this route on an interface, vRtrIfLdpSyncTimer, is enabled or not. If the value of vRtrInetStaticRouteLdpSync is 'true (1)', this static route would not enable the preferred route immediately after the interface to the next-hop comes up but would wait for the LDP adjacency on the link to come up and start the ldp sync timer, vRtrIfLdpSyncTimer.
