Then, if the tmnxCpmProtPolLimDhcpCiAddrZero value for CPM Protection policy 7 is 'true', DHCP packets arriving at the SAP are rate limited using tmnxCpmProtPolPerSrcRateLimit, whether or not the ciaddr field is zero. On the other hand, with the same SAP configuration, if the tmnxCpmProtPolLimDhcpCiAddrZero value for CPM Protection policy 7 is 'false', DHCP packets arriving at the SAP with ciaddr zero are exempt from the tmnxCpmProtPolPerSrcRateLimit.
