The value of tmnxFPHiBwMcastSource specifies if this FP should
attempt to allocate separate fabric planes to allocate high bandwidth
multicast traffic taps.
tmnxFPHiBwMcastGroup must be set in the same SNMP request PDU with
tmnxFPHiBwMcastSource or an 'inconsistentValue' error will be
returned.
