The value of tRPAdminPSFromCriteriaTag specifies the route tag to match
on. Routes will only be matched on this value when
tRPAdminPSFromCriteriaMatchTag is enabled.
A value of 0 for tRPAdminPSFromCriteriaTag when
tRPAdminPSFromCriteriaMatchTag is enabled would match untagged routes.
