The value of tRPOperPSFromCritSrcInetAddr indicates
the IP address of the source to match on.
This object will be used by multicast protocols
like PIM and IGMP and is disabled if it holds the
value ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff.
The type of this address is determined by the
value of the tRPOperPSFromCritSrcInetAddrType object.
tRPOperPSFromCritSrcInetAddr object replaces
tRPOperPSFromCriteriaSrcAddr that supports only
IPv4 address style source.
