The value of tmnxStdVersion specifies the SNMP version that
will be used to format notification messages sent to this
SNMP notification collector.
The values supported by the Alcatel-Lucent SROS series SNMP agent are:
0 for SNMPv1
1 for SNMPv2c
3 for SNMPv3
