Defines the Alcatel-Lucent SROS OAM MAC Trace Route Control Table for
providing, via SNMP, the capability of performing Alcatel-Lucent SROS
OAM 'macTraceRoute' test operations. The results of these tests
are stored in the tmnxOamTrResultsTable, tmnxOamTrProbeHistoryTable
and the tmnxOamMacTrL2MapTable.
