Defines the Alcatel-Lucent SROS OAM MAC Ping Control Table for
providing, via SNMP, the capability of performing Alcatel-Lucent SROS
OAM 'macPing', 'macPopulate', or 'macPurge' test operations.
The results of these tests are stored in the tmnxOamPingResultsTable
and the tmnxOamMacPingHistoryTable. There will be no entries for
these test in the tmnxOamPingHistoryTable.
