The value of tmnxOamPingCtlSrcAddress specifies the source IP host
address to be used when performing an OAM ping operation. The
corresponding address type is configured using
tmnxOamPingCtlSrcAddrType.
This is an optional parameter. It is used when tmnxOamPingCtlTestMode
is 'icmpPing', 'dnsPing', 'lspPing', 'p2mpLspPing' (LDP), or
'vccvPing'.
