Interface Table for providing, via SNMP, the capability of performing
Alcatel-Lucent SROS OAM 'mrinfo' test operation. The results of
these tests are stored in the tmnxOamPingResultsTable, the
tmnxOamPingHistoryTable and the tmnxOamMRInfoRespIfTable.
