Defines the Alcatel-Lucent SROS OAM VPRN Ping Control Table for
providing, via SNMP, the capability of performing Alcatel-Lucent
SROS OAM 'vprnPing' test operations.
The results of these tests are stored in the tmnxOamPingResultsTable
and the tmnxOamTrProbeHistoryTable. There will be no entries for
these test in the tmnxOamPingHistoryTable.
