The value of slcSSHGracefulShutdown specifies if
graceful shutdown is enabled. A value of 'true' specifies that SSH
sessions are closed gracefully by using a TCP FIN/ACK handshake.
A value of 'false' indicates that SSH sessions are disconnected by
sending a RST (reset) TCP packet.
