This object is used to trigger actions taken on the
static forwarding table. When this object is set to
dynToStatic (2), all dynamically learned entries
in the forwarding table are marked static. When
this object is set to delStatic (3), all statically
learned entries are deleted. When this object is set to
delDyn (4), all dynamically learned entries are deleted.
When a GET request is received for this object, the
value other (1) is returned.
