The maximum number of virtual circuits that can
be established concurrently for IPX routing.
NOTE: this object is no longer supported by NETBuilders
running sw version 8.0 and greater. The corresponding
functionality has been replaced by the X25 Profile
feature. SNMP control over this feature will be
added at a later date.
