When the system is in singleNet mode (ie, it is
in a bridge state), this parameter controls whether
or not ARP request and replies are allowed to be
sent or received over a non-forwarding bridged port.
If this is set enabled(1), then ARP requests and replies
are allowed over non-forwarding ports. If this is
set disabled(2), they are not allowed.
This object corresponds to the UI parameter: -arp OverBlocked.
