This object is used to control data packets forward to MOSPF domain.
If this object is set to destGroup(1), data packet will be checked
with object a3ComDvmrpDestGroupTable, which function as a filter,
before being forwarded to MOSPF domain. If this object is set to
noDestGroup(2), data packet is forwarded to MOSPF domain without any
checking.
