This table enables or disables the use of
the entries in a3ipxPolSapNbrTable. If
the use of the entries in that table is enabled,
this table also controls how they are interpreted.
In one case, SAP updates are accepted only from those
IPX Neighbors listed in a3ipxPolSapNbrTable. In the
case, SAP updates are accepted only from those
IPX Neighbors not listed in a3ipxPolSapNbrTable.
