When specifying a packet location via the offsetLength semantics, this parameter indicates the length of the bit field used in the Mask. Only the values one(1), two(2), four(4), and six(6) are allowed. If the length is not specified, the agent will automatically determine the proper length based on either the operand (a3filterUserMaskOperand) or the matching values (a3filterUserMaskMatchType).
