The table provides a historical view of the inactive
sessions in the session table. It contains inactive
sessions up to a maximum of SessionTableSize entries.
This table is ordered by termination time of the
sessions. The bounds of this table at any given time
are described by the variables HistoryLowest and
HistoryHighest. As new entries are inserted into the
table, the inactive entries with the oldest
termination time get aged out from the table.
