The length (in octets) of the CHAP Value sent to the
remote user in CHAP Challenge frames. This number must
be a factor of 4. Note that some RADIUS servers
support only Challenge Values of 16 bytes, so this
length should not be changed unless it is supported by
the RADIUS server in use.
