XcmFixedLocaleDisplayString
This data type is used to model textual information in some localization (language, country, and character set), which is fixed (ie, NOT capable of being altered by management station request). This textual information SHALL be represented in the localization which is indicated by the current value of 'xcmGenFixedLocalizationIndex'.
