The data type describes the Presentation Timestamp (PTS) which indicates the time of presentation in the system decoder of a presentation unit of an elementary stream. The value of PTS is measured in units of 90-KHz clock periods. Format of PTS is a 33-bit string, left bit first, where left is the order in which bit strings are written in 13818-1 International Standard. The most significant 7 bits will be padded with zeroes.
