Octet string that represents a point code. A point code may be comprised of one or more sub-values. Each sub-value is stored in two bytes of the octet string. The first two bytes of the octet string contains the count of the two-byte sub-values that comprise the point code. The remaining bytes of the octet string contain the two-byte sub-values.
