This textual convention defines the available actions to be taken when a RateLimiter is violated for the first time (on a transition from 0 to 1 of a bit in the etsysCosIrlResourceViolationPortList). syslog(0) System logging messages will be sent to the console trap(1) A trap will be sent. disable(2) The dot1dBasePort on which the event occurred will be operationally disabled.
