EntLogicalIndexOrZero
This textual convention is an extension of entLogicalIndex. If non-zero, the semantic is same as entLogicalIndex object. If zero, no appropriate entLogicalIndex exists. Any additional semantics must be defined as part of the description of any object which uses this syntax.
