This textual convention describes the scope to which value of QOS parameter is applicable. There are two scopes supported. QOS parameters can be reported for these two scopes global scope and adjacency scope. The values are: global - This scope represents the global level and does not corresponds to individual adjacency level scope. adjacency - This scope represents the QOS notifications for one particular adjacency.
