Network synchronization EEC (Ethernet Equipment Clock) options. The EEC options are for Synchronous Ethernet devices and define the requirements for clocks, e.g. bandwidth, frequency accuracy, holdover and noise generation. Two options are defined: EEC-Option 1: Designed to interwork with network optimized for the 2048 kbit/s hierarchy.
