CCQMRuleDirection
The CCQMRuleDirection is used to indicate the direction to which the enforce rule applies to. It has the following defined values: - 'upstream', is used for an enforce rule in the direction from subscriber to CMTS - 'downstream', is used for an enforce rule in the direction from CMTS to the subscriber. - 'bidirection', which can mean neither upstream or downstream but a combined enforce rule.
