This is a structure that represents up to 4 PSD Mask breakpoints. Each breakpoint occupies 3 octets: The first two octets hold the index of the sub-carrier associated with the breakpoint. The third octet holds the PSD reduction at the breakpoint from 0 (0 dBm/Hz) to 255 (-127.5 dBm/Hz) using units of 0.5 dBm/Hz.
