Attributes with this syntax are configuration parameters that reference the power modes/states into which the ATU-C or ATU-R may autonomously transit. It is a BITS structure that allows control of the following transit options: allowTransitionsToIdle(0) - XTU may autonomously transit to idle (L3) state. allowTransitionsToLowPower(1) - XTU may autonomously transit to low-power (L2) state.
