cewLevelEntry
A cewLevelEntry extends a corresponding cewEntEntry. This entry displays max usage and delta values at each level. For example, Given the values of a Cisco EnergyWise entity as below: Level Usage UsageProvisioned 2 11 15 UsageVector DeltaVector (0,10,15,25,35,...100) (11, 1, -4, -14, -24,...,-89)
