caonPepEntry
The entry in caonPepTable containing information about a single PEP. When AON data plane bootstraps, an entry is created for each PEP that has been deployed on the AON node. When PEPs are deployed from AMC to AON node after AON data plane bootstraps, an entry for each PEP is added to the table. An entry is deleted from the table when the PEP is deleted from AMC.
