cghMonCraDecay
This object is used for a keepalive with cghMonKalMethod as 'cra', to specify how heavily GSLB should weigh recent DNS Round Trip Time (RTT) probe results relative to earlier RTT metrics, with 1 indicating that recent results should not be weighed any more than previous RTT results.
