This object is used to establish a default value for all instances of the cimrMsuProcWarningThreshold object in the cimrMsuProcTable table. The value for this object must be less than the values specified by cimrMsuRateOverloadedThreshold and greater than cimrMsuRateAcceptableThreshold objects. All changes to this threshold will take effect at the end of the current interval.
