The MSU rate notification truth value. This object controls the generation of ciscoItpMsuRcvdRateState and ciscoItpMsuSentRateState notifications. 'true' Indicates that the notification of MSU rates has been enabled. 'false' Indicates that the notification MSU rates has been disabled.
