This object is used to enable the switch over priority mechanism. 'true' - If a higher priority CG comes up, it becomes the active CG. 'false' - If a higher priority CG comes up, the existing active CG continues to be active. This object is deprecated by cgprsCgGroupSwitchOverPriority.
